Print Ad Campaign Concept

This advertisement campaign concept features a game – an imaginary board/card game – that features the company's power-related products. The game is NOT real, but is designed as a guerrilla marketing concept that is unique to grab viewers attention.

The concept is to make the cards (and possibly even make the game real) to go with the advertisement series and share with potential customers for a keepsake.

The copy, imagery, and layout were altered for the layout concepts shown below.
The cards to make the advertisement were created in Adobe Illustrator, as was the board design. Inspiration for the shape of the board was taken from the parent company's logo (MacLean-Fogg), which relates to the company's history in making lock-nuts.

The background used in the ad was created from photos taken with a Canon EOS M50 that were edited in Adobe Photoshop.

We initially tinkered with the idea to use playing pieces that were miniature replicas of the featured products. To save time and resources, the concept of creating the cards was implemented.
